Kildare Ranch Cape Cod-Inspired Guesthouse Rebuild

This guesthouse was a complete remodel of the existing small main house on 22 acres in Hidden Valley, California.  In contrast to most properties where we are adding interior space, in this one we actually removed a portion of the interior space to create a beautiful outdoor entertaining patio with views of the barn just down the hill.  Ultimately, a much larger main house would be built on the property.
